When I am angry I mostly yell. I also blame.

I feel like my needs or my opinions are being overlooked. I feel betrayed. Physicallly it’s an experience of constriction and internal explosion.

A sense of injustice is a trigger for me, causing me to become angry. And my behavior when I am angry is that I tend to ruminate on everything I could do to re-establish justice.

Within these thoughts there are constructive and not so constructive actions. I am aware of those and I steer myself, or try to steer myself, into constructive behavior reminding myself of my intentions.
