As we discussed live, the Theme Trigger is like the universal key that opens the door to a specific emotion. In the case of Joy, the Theme Trigger is something you consider good happening, in this case something good coming to you as you said. We can also narrow it down to the “reuniting with a loved person” theme trigger for joy, a very potent universal trigger of this emotion.
